Sonia loves working in the digital marketing space and especially enjoys making sure that our clients are working with the MOST qualified people to grow their business and generate more patients!
Outside the office, Sonia enjoys volunteering, spending time with family and friends, and most of all, exploring new cities to see what delicious food they have to offer! She also loves to participate in a variety of sports like volleyball, soccer, tennis, and horseback riding.

Stephanie HargroveManager, Creative Design
Hailing from West Palm Beach, Florida, Stephanie landed in Atlanta based on a lucky throw of a dart! She began her career in design which has given her a well-rounded approach to managing the ins and outs of project details and timelines. Stephanie has extensive agency experience, having managed marketing campaigns for brands like Coca-Cola, Home Depot, Piedmont Healthcare, and Dental for Children, just to name a few!
At Cardinal, Stephanie oversees all things creative. With fantastic project management skills, she makes sure the creative team consistently meets our client’s needs, deadlines, and expectations. Whether it’s a new website design, ad campaign, or brand makeover, Stephanie is there to provide artistic direction every step of the way. What a boss!
When Stephanie isn’t working, she is either lost in the woods, exploring the unbeaten path, or planning her next traveling adventure. How daring! Stephanie is also the proud owner of 2 Greyhounds, who recently retired from racing at the Palm Beach Kennel Club.

Tara joined the Flock with an already strong background in digital marketing! Upon earning her Bachelors in Mass Communications from the University of Delaware, she entered the wide world of advertising at an agency in Charleston.
Tara’s passion for digital marketing has allowed her to build great client relationships. In addition, it has helped her work with cross-functional teams at Cardinal to create innovative strategies that maximize performance. With business owners running in her family, she is incredibly passionate about driving client success.

With a strong background in SEO, she’s led B2B and B2C strategies across education, technology and healthcare industries. Much like her love for rock climbing, Taylor has taken her marketing career to new heights with Cardinal. She’s driven to learn new (rock solid) ways to improve the online presence of small business clients, like Northeast Digestive, Center for Dermatology & Laser, and New England Neurological, just to name a few! Turner McCreightAssociate Director of Analytics
Joining the Flock with more than five years of experience, Turner knows how to connect the dots between disparate healthcare marketing technologies and derive meaningful insight to inform marketing strategy.
As the leader of Cardinal’s analytics team, Turner develops integrated reporting capabilities that give healthcare brands visibility into the performance and impact of their marketing investment. The work he does researching emerging markets and provider density is critical in ensuring organizations are making informed decisions regarding acquisitions or opening new practices.
When he isn’t analyzing data, Turner spends his time painting miniatures for board games and playing bass guitar. He also enjoys wings, hot lemonyaki (a hot lemon pepper/teriyaki combination) wings in particular. Fun fact: Turner used to be a chicken wing delivery driver and got his first agency job by networking after making a delivery to their office!

From Paid Media intern to Junior Account Manager, Venus’s work at Cardinal has allowed her to dig into performance marketing strategy, as well as focus on ‘big picture’ management techniques. She uses her exceptional people skills to assist healthcare clients like Mission Home Health, Center of Advanced Wellness, and Jaybird. If that’s not goddess energy, we don’t know what is!
