As a parent, Amber Nish was naturally drawn to Community Dental Partners’ (CDP) determination to turn stressful dental trips into a fun adventure through their supported Smile Magic Family Dental and Family Smiles brands.
Today, as Chief Marketing Officer, Amber, and her team play a pivotal role within the CDP organization, showcasing the brand’s unique vision to attract and retain patients, providing support to other departments, and helping clinicians meet their patients’ needs.
She firmly believes that people are our greatest asset and that by surrounding yourself with great people, you’ll inevitably get great results. As a single mom and strong female leader, she’s passionate about helping other women identify and develop their own leadership strengths.
Amber is an active member of her local community in Krum, TX (go, Bobcats!), where she regularly attends church. Bringing over 15 years of marketing and brand management experience to VitalSkin Dermatology, Ashley leads the marketing and provider recruitment team, partnering with supported practices to create effective marketing strategies for patient growth and retention, managing digital marketing efforts, and engaging with clinical professionals to bring in top-tier talent.
Previously, Ashley served as director of corporate communications and brand management at Heartland Dental, the largest dental support organization in the country. There, she executed omnichannel marketing strategies to maximize return on acquisition and effectively engage with dental professionals. In doing so, she directed a team of marketing, design, video production and content professionals.
Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a Marketing emphasis from Eastern Illinois University and her Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University.
