I’m excited to introduce OmegaHealth, Cardinal’s new AI growth operating system built specifically for multi-location healthcare organizations. It’s one of the biggest investments we’ve made in the future of our agency and how we serve our clients.
Healthcare marketing is complicated. Our clients manage dozens or hundreds of locations and service lines, navigate complex patient journeys, and face unique challenges around audience targeting, measurement, and patient acquisition. And behind every campaign are operational realities, from provider capacity to clinical priorities, that influence patient growth.
All of this creates an enormous amount of data scattered across platforms, departments, and teams. Connecting the dots and turning that information into meaningful action takes time, expertise, and a lot of manual work.

We’ve spent the past year building OmegaHealth to change that. By combining AI with that data and Cardinal’s healthcare expertise, we’re giving our teams a more powerful way to analyze performance, uncover opportunities, and develop smarter strategies for our clients.
It’s an exciting step in Cardinal’s evolution, and we’re just getting started.
Healthcare marketing needs more than another dashboard
Think about how much information goes into making one marketing decision.
There’s performance data from Google and Meta, website analytics, call tracking, CRM records, appointment information, historical campaigns, media plans, and reporting. Then there’s everything that isn’t neatly captured in a dashboard: business goals, competitive dynamics, provider capacity, and the conversations happening between marketing, operations, and agency teams.
Finding the right information can mean jumping between platforms, pulling spreadsheets, and tracking down the person who knows why something was done six months ago. As our Chief Strategy Officer, Rich Briddock, puts it
“We live in a world of information overload.”
We’re putting AI to work alongside our specialists to help them connect information across systems, uncover insights that might otherwise go unnoticed, and tackle complex analyses that previously required hours of manual work. The goal is to raise the caliber of work we deliver while giving our people more time to focus on strategy and finding new opportunities for patient growth.
AI is only as smart as the context behind it
One question we hear frequently is: Why build OmegaHealth when tools like ChatGPT and Claude already exist?
Our answer starts with context.

OmegaHealth brings together three layers of intelligence:
- Your marketing data: Ad accounts, CRM information, call tracking, website performance, creative assets, and reporting.
- Your business context: Growth goals, brand structures, markets, locations, competitive conditions, and provider capacity.
- Cardinal’s healthcare expertise: The methodologies, strategic frameworks, and lessons we’ve developed through years of helping healthcare organizations grow.
That last piece is especially important.
Our teams have developed specialized approaches to managing multi-location healthcare marketing, from campaign architecture and conversion-signal strategies to measuring incremental patient acquisition and aligning media investments with appointment availability.
Those frameworks and lessons are incorporated into OmegaHealth’s reasoning studio, a knowledge layer that captures how Cardinal approaches healthcare growth.
It makes Cardinal’s proven methodologies and healthcare marketing expertise accessible across the agency, helping every team apply our best thinking to their clients’ unique challenges. Our goal is for every Cardinal client to benefit from the collective expertise of the agency, with recommendations grounded in their own business priorities.
A higher standard of work, powered by AI
There’s a lot of conversation about AI making agencies more efficient. And yes, we’re excited about reducing manual work. But we’re far more interested in what our teams can accomplish with that time.
Rich shared an example that illustrates the opportunity. He asked OmegaHealth to analyze how a client’s Meta ads featuring green backgrounds were performing compared with other creative. The system gathered the ads, examined their performance, and generated an interactive report showing the creative alongside its results. Rich estimated that the analysis would have taken someone roughly three hours to complete manually. OmegaHealth produced it in about 30 seconds.
Imagine what that means when applied across accounts, channels, and healthcare specialties.
We’re building OmegaHealth to help our teams:
- Spot problems sooner. Flag emerging performance issues and investigate them before they become larger challenges.
- Uncover deeper insights. Make sophisticated analysis more accessible, including work that might previously have been too time-consuming to pursue.
- Make smarter growth decisions. Connect marketing performance with business goals and healthcare-specific strategic frameworks.
- Spend more time on strategy. Give our specialists greater capacity for creative thinking, testing, optimization, and solving complex problems.
And we’re equally excited about what this means for clients: greater visibility into performance, faster answers, and a more proactive agency relationship.
From insights to action: Meet OmegaHealth’s capabilities
We designed OmegaHealth around the work healthcare marketers actually need to get done.
Take reporting, for example.
We’ve all been there. It’s 4 p.m., someone needs a performance breakdown for tomorrow’s leadership meeting, and suddenly you’re exporting data, building pivot tables, and trying to turn a spreadsheet into a story. With OmegaHealth, teams can easily generate customized charts, dashboards, and reports using connected data. The AI assistant can also help investigate questions that arise while reviewing the results.
Our expanding suite includes several other capabilities:
- Chat: Ask questions about your business and performance in natural language, with answers grounded in connected data and client context.
- Pulse Check: Monitor campaign pacing, spend, and conversions to identify potential issues earlier.
- NextSpot: Track online appointment availability across locations and use that information to make more informed media investment decisions.
- RevRx: Our healthcare-focused marketing mix modeling solution helps organizations understand channel contribution, measure incremental impact, and plan investments more confidently.
NextSpot shows how we’re developing tools around challenges specific to healthcare marketing. It monitors online booking pages to track provider availability across locations, giving our teams the information they need to align media strategy with patient capacity.
The broader OmegaHealth suite also includes tools for audience building, creative analysis, scenario planning, and booking page optimization. Each is built on Cardinal’s proven frameworks and best practices, applying our healthcare expertise to help teams work smarter and improve performance.
Rich sums up our goal:
“Get to the insight and then get to the solve. Not just the insight, but also the solution.”
That’s the direction we’re building toward.
Building the next generation of healthcare marketing
One of the things I’m most excited about is how OmegaHealth will change the relationship between AI and our people. We see AI as a thought partner, working alongside our marketers to help them think, analyze, and execute more effectively. It gives our teams more time and space to focus on the work that requires human judgment, creativity, and experience.
That’s how we see the future of Cardinal.
Our specialists will keep developing strategies, challenging assumptions, building client relationships, and making the decisions that drive performance. OmegaHealth will give them a stronger foundation to do that work. And as we expand the platform, we’re already piloting opportunities for clients to interact with that same intelligence directly, ask their own questions, explore findings, and collaborate more closely with our teams on what to do next. Our goal is to bring all Cardinal clients onto the platform in early 2027, creating a shared source of truth.
We’re still early in this journey. The technology is evolving quickly, and we’re learning every day from our people, our partners, and the healthcare organizations using it. But our ambition is clear: to build an AI-native healthcare marketing agency that delivers a higher standard of work, greater transparency, and more value to every client.
We’ve spent years developing the healthcare expertise that makes Cardinal what it is today. OmegaHealth is how we’re putting that knowledge to work in entirely new ways. I couldn’t be more excited about what comes next.
